A vision of starting a free health clinic in northeast clinic in northeaset allen county became reality in the fall of 1997 when CHristian COmmunity Health Care opened its doors tothe public.  What began as a small rual outreach project has now blossomed into an organization that serves struggling familoies from the greater FOrt Wayne area and beyond.
