Strategic Relationships Manager

Reports to: Non Profit Investing Senior Operations Manager Hours: Full-time Position Purpose: To strategically identify and cultivate relationships with leaders and organizations that are philosophically like-minded, relationally compatible, and missionally aligned with Ambassador Enterprises. This role requires the ability to create a vision and presence in the 11-county region of northeast Indiana, strong attention to detail to support numerous administratively complex projects, and discernment to manage the tension and balance inherent between relationship development and product delivery. Job Requirements Duties include but are not limited to: Connect: Relate | Coordinate o Initiate and maintain relationships with the leaders of targeted nonprofit organizations. o Represent Ambassador Enterprises at various community gatherings, and engage with nonprofit leaders. o Build an organizational network through targeted outreach and project planning. o Implement procedures and processes for transitioning nonprofit organizations from a community investing and resource level of engagement to an optimizing level of engagement. o Communicate relationship status of active investment partners to Non Profit Investing and Non Profit Optimizing teams. Conduct: Analyze | Report o Analyze and report on targeted nonprofit organizations. o Present product reports to nonprofit organizations. o Assist with content delivery for next-level engagement with nonprofit organizations. o Shepherd relationships through the investment phase gate process. o Maintain relationships post investment. Cultivate: Develop | Maintain o Create and implement strategic plans to identify and advance collaborative networks in the 11-county region of Northeast Indiana. o Develop and maintain a diverse portfolio of partner organizations to provide value exchange and sustainability of our product delivery revenues. o Learn and understand relationship network mapping. o Oversee and maintain consistent relational engagement with partner organizations. o Oversee and maintain the nonprofit relationship management system. Qualifications: o Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred. o Minimum of 7-10 years in sales or relationship management position. o Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
