Home Health Aide

Looking for a Qualified Home Health Aide to work in the greater Fort Wayne Area Job requirements for in-home home health aide include but are not limited to: • Assist with bathing and personal hygiene, dressing, grooming and other Activities of Daily Living • Transfers and assist with transfers of clients • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary, as well as clean up after meals • Light housekeeping to maintain the health and safety of the clients in their homes • Provide companionship and conversational engagement with the clients • Errands and transportation to medical appointments as needed • Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the clients and their information at all times in compliance with HIPAA Benefits include but are not limited to: • Discount membership at all of the YMCA’s of the Greater Fort Wayne area* • Several opportunities to receive bonus’ beginning on the first day including: o $1 an hour bonus* o Vacation/Attendance bonus* o Sign on bonus* o Referral bonus* • Company match Retirement Plan* • Competitive pay and mileage • Complete charting and documentation remotely online using an IPad or other smart device* 1.
