Industrious Office Manager for Immediate Hire
Need an immediate Industrious Office Manager for our Home Improvement Business, who is an expert in Quickbooks and Payroll. Must have a strong resume history of office management with good references. Need to fill this role within the next 3 weeks as our current Office Manager is taking another position. Hours are 8-5. Benefits/401K available. $15 - $19 per hour based on Experience and Skill.
Additional duties will include payables, receivables, reconcilliation, supervision of an administrative assistant and other various duties that are described step by step in the office manual.
*********Will only consider those with solid Payroll and Quickbooks experience who can pass our Quickbooks evaluation. ********** We are unable to provide training in either of those areas due to time constraints. All other duties are fully supported by detailed instruction and side by side interaction with current staff.
