Customer Service Representative- Full Time

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- FORT WAYNE United Ortho is a manufacturer and distributor of orthopedic bracing and supports. We currently have an opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative to work in our call center in Fort Wayne, IN assisting customers and sales reps, processing orders and delivering exceptional customer service. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm. Duties include: * Answering phones *Taking orders via phone, fax and email *Email correspondence with customers *Processing customer orders in a fast-paced environment *Opening new customer accounts *Maintaining customer records by updating account information *Processing credit card payments *Answering billing questions * Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Skills/Qualifications: 1-2 years Customer Service Experience preferred, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication, Strong Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Data Entry Skills, Phone Skills, Multi-tasking Please send cover letter, resume and compensation history to apply.
