Part-Time Receptionist

A growing local accounting and tax firm is seeking a part-time receptionist. Candidates should possess the following:

• Excellent customer service is a must! •

Excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to work under pressure and in stressful conditions

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

• Dedication to meeting deadlines

• Self-motivated

• Basic accounting/tax knowledge is a plus Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Excellent customer service

• Communicating directly with clients in person, on phone and via email

• Manage flow of information to and from clients

• Answering multi-line phone system
