Job Description:

• Decorating experience, 2-3 years minimum as PROFESSIONAL retail decorator.
• Experience with mixing and baking batters and cookies, and other seasonal sweet goods
• Leadership skills and desire to grow and advance to assistant manager
• Customer focus/people skills/servant heart
• Commitment to integrity and high values
• Mature and self-mastery skills
• Air brush skills perferred
