23rd Annual Conference on Youth
Today Melissa Montana talks with Judge Charles F. Pratt, about the 23rd Annual Allen Superior Court Conference on Youth which will be happening on Thursday, Oct. 4th at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. Judge Pratt talks about why he feels it is so important to address some specific issues at this event as it relates to working with children.
