The Fort Wayne- Allen County Department of Health is offering the flu shots at the immunization center located: 4813 New Haven Avenue.  They ae open Tuesday, through Friday from 8:30-11:30, and 1 to 4.  The injection and nasal spray are available for free for anyone with Medicaid, or without insurance, It will cost $18 if you do not meet those two requirements.
