Pam Gordon-Beat BC 5K event

Listen here!

Today Melissa Montana talks with Pam Gordon, Volunteer for the Beat BC event, regarding their upcoming run. For the past 10 years, Pam’s family has been organizing the "Beat BC 5K" to
raise money and awareness for Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana. What
began as a way to give back and say "Thank you" to an organization who
helped us and so many in our community, grew a passion to keep giving
back.
Cancer Services helps those battling this disease to make it through the
tough times by providing almost any service and support you can imagine.
From support groups for everyone involved, to hospital beds, to wigs, to
rides to and from treatments - Cancer Services is there for anyone in
need. The event takes place this Saturday, October 19th @ Central Noble High School in Albion, IN. The
registration begins at 7:30am, the 1 mile fun run begins at 8:00am and the
5K begins at 8:30am.
