If you know someone who works extra hard for this community, has creatively brought real change to the lives around them, or a business that will leave a lasting legacy, we want to know.

You simply nominate a business or an individual to receive the Extra Mile award.  The winning nominee each month will receive a plaque in downtown Ft. Wayne highlighting their achievement. An interview with Melissa Montana will air during Conversations the second Wednesday of each month at 4:20 pm, while Linda Jackson will feature the winner on her show on 21Alive at 5 pm that same day.
